We may collect your name, email address, business details, location, project requirements, template selection, order number, support messages, and correspondence. Payment providers process payment and billing information on our behalf; we do not ordinarily receive full card details. We may also collect device, browser, referral, page-view, and interaction information through essential cookies and analytics technologies.

We collect information directly when you submit a form, purchase a product, request a quote, contact support, or communicate with us. We also receive limited information from service providers that help operate our website, process payments, deliver forms, host content, provide analytics, and manage customer communications.

We use personal information to process and fulfil purchases, provide downloads and support, respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver bespoke design services, maintain records, prevent fraud or misuse, improve our website and products, comply with legal obligations, and send service communications.
